Terms & Conditions

1. Guest Count & Payment

  • All guests must have a valid ticket to enter SplashDown Beach.
  • An additional cabana or package will need to be purchased if your guest count exceeds the allotment for your selected package.
  • Final guest count and full payment are required at least 1 week prior to the event.
  • If no final guest count is provided 1 week prior, the expected number of guests stated at the time of contract will be used as the final total.
  • Any increases in your guest count will be honored based on park availability and capacity.
  • No refund or credit will be provided should fewer than the guaranteed number of guests arrive the day of the event.
  • Tickets are not for resale.
  • Guests adding on the day of will be charged at the full retail posted day pass rate.
  • For groups arriving separately, a guest list must be sent to customerservice@splashdownbeach.com no later than 1 week prior to the event.

2. Food Policy

  • SplashDown Beach does NOT allow outside food into the park.
  • Food for your party is available and can be ordered through your server upon arrival for a discounted rate of 20%.
  • All food purchases through your cabana must be done with a credit card to receive the discount. 
  • Birthday Cake, goodie bags and decorations are not provided. Cakes, cupcakes and other desserts can be brought into the park and stored for a $10 storage fee.

3. Area Accommodations

  • For the 8 guest package, 1 cabana is reserved upon booking your birthday.  For the 16 guest package, 2 cabanas are reserved upon booking your birthday. For the 24 guest package, 3 cabanas are reserved upon booking your birthday. Cabanas host 8 guests per cabana.
  • SplashDown Beach does not guarantee an individual seat per group attendee. Cabanas have a table and 8 chairs at each location.
  • Decorations are not provided.  Guests are welcome to bring their own, but are responsible for the set up and removal of all decorations.

4. Height Guidelines

  • Children must be supervised and with in arms reach at all times 
  • We recommend children to wear a life vest. Life vests are located throughout the park at no additional cost

5. Cancellation Policy

  • SplashDown Beach Water Park operates with guest safety in mind. In doing so, some attractions may cease operation due to severe weather conditions. Attractions will re-open once the weather is deemed safe by management. No Refunds will be given for closure due to inclement weather.
  • Should the event of inclement weather cause SplashDown Beach to close prior to the start of your event, your rain date will take effect.
  • Groups may cancel this contract without cause upon written notice to the Water Park at any time 1 week prior to the event. In the event of cancellation, the following charges will be kept by SplashDown Beach.
    • More than 1 week from event: $100 Non-refundable deposit
    • Less than 1 week from event: 100% of estimated charges
