Customer Service Representatives: Customer service employees handle ticket sales, administrative duties, security, parking and help run the Arcade. These positions are interchangeable; therefore you are expected to be flexible in learning all job skills within this area.
Food Service: Food service within the park includes the positions of cooks and cashiers. These positions are responsible to maintain the high quality of food service we provide, as well as the cleaning, preparation and sanitation of these areas.
Grounds/Janitorial: Our grounds and janitorial crews are considered the most important department in the park. The job responsibilities include everything from power washing decks, cleaning rest rooms, cleaning spills, trash collection and general cleaning to daily park standards. This department works a number of hours before the park opens and after the park closes. This group does get the "dirty" work, but we pride ourselves in keeping SplashDown Beach one of the cleanest parks in America!
Lifeguards: Ellis and Associates Guards- Join the Best of the Best! Lifeguards at SplashDown Beach are a huge part of our success. This department has the most employees. We are an Ellis and Associates approved facility and provide all lifeguard training. All lifeguards are subject to mandatory weekly training after initial certification. This rigorous continuous training allows us to maintain our award-winning safety standards and ensure we meet guests expectations.
